The Virginian Youth Soccer Tournament is one of the largest youth soccer tournaments in the nation with over 650 teams totaling over 25,000 players and supporters competing in the Washington D.C. area for three days over Memorial Day weekend, 24-26 May 2008. All tournament proceeds benefit the Springfield South County Youth Club, a non-profit organization, serving Springfield  and South County Virginia youth athletics.

SPONSORSHIP CATEGORIES

AMOUNT: $10,000 monetary donation. A portion can be offset by a product or service donation. All in-kind donations will be considered and must be approved by the soccer committee.

• Naming rights as Official Tournament Sponser
• Industry exclusivity - will not have another sponsor at this level in your industry
• Company logo and/or name will be used in signage (10x4 or larger), at registration, championship fields, and in printed promotional materials
• Company may set up its own booth at fields and/or at the tournament headquarters for distribution of promotional materials
• Company logo/link on both home & sponsor page of soccer tournament
• Full-color cover advertisement in tournament program - provided by company
• Company flyer, promo, or sample product, provided by sponsor, distributed to all tournament participants
• Featured company name on Championship T-Shirt back

• Company logo and/or name will be used in signage, at registration, and in printed promotional materials
• Company may set up its own booth at fields and/or at the tournament headquarters for distribution of promotional materials
• Company logo/link as Gold Sponsor on sponsor page of soccer tournament
• Full-page B/W advertisement in tournament program - provided by company
• Company flyer, promo, or sample product, provided by sponsor, distributed to all tournament participants
• 4 - VIP soccer social passes for the night of registration - refreshments provided

AMOUNT: $3,000 monetary donation. A portion can be offset by a product or service donation. All in-kind donations will be considered and must be approved by the soccer committee.

• Company name used to sponsor an SYC age group team with company banner (4x3 or similar - provided by company) prominently displayed
• Company logo and/or name will be used in signage, at registration, and in printed promotional materials
• Company may set up its own booth at the tournament headquarters for distribution of promotional materials
• Company logo/link as Silver Sponsor on sponsor page of soccer tournament
• Half-page B/W advertisement in tournament program - provided by company
• Company flyer, promo, or sample product, provided by sponsor, distributed to all tournament teams
• 2 - VIP soccer social passes for the night of registration - refreshments provided

AMOUNT: $1,000 monetary donation. A portion can be offset by a product or service donation. All in-kind donations will be considered and must be approved by the soccer committee.

• Sponsor’s name will be used to identify an age group in the program
• Company logo as Age Group Sponsor on sponsor page of soccer tournament
• Quarter-page B/W advertisement in the tournament program - provided by company
• Company flyer, promo, or sample product, provided by sponsor, distributed to all teams
• Random prize drawings among participants in the relevant age group for any donated products or services
