WELCOME TO SCFA!

If you are a new player to the SCFA, we would like to welcome you!  In order to join a team, you will need to click the login button in the top right hand corner of the screen.  This will allow you to create your profile and upload a picture.  It will also enable your team admin to find you and add you to the roster when you are going to play in a match.  If you need help, there is an option at the top of the screen called "Athletes".  By clicking this option it can assist you in adding yourself to the system and uploading a picture for your player card.  If you can't find your team in the system, please notify your team admin and they can add you to the roster.  It is also necessary to fill out and pay for your US Club Soccer Membership.  You can do this by clicking "Player Registration" in the SCFA Menu on the right hand side.  Please complete the full form and click submit to be directed to Google Checkout and to make your payment.  Your card should then be delivered in about 1 week to the league office to be laminated and have your picture applied.  Have a great season and thank you for considering SCFA!

Registration Information

Interested in registering a team?  SCFA makes it simple and easy to place your team in the appropriate division.  For information check back to the website regularly or check us out on Facebook as well.  We will be holding regular meetings at the SCFC Office located in League City.  We are open M/T/Th from 12-5 or by appointment.

Please remember that your team must be registered first before your player's can register for their player cards.

Registration will close September 10th, 2010 (CoEd Closes August 10th)
 
Receive Notifications of Rainouts
Everyone is welcome to join StatusMe!  This service will enable you to receive email or sms messages should the venue you are to play be closed or rained out.  It's a simple and easy process.  When registering look for your state and find Space City Futbol Club.  Select the Friendswood, Clear Lake and League City Fields to receive notifications of changes.  www.statusme.com

Schedules

The CoEd Schedule has been posted on the site.  In these next coming weeks it is important that team administrators ensure their player's are registered through the site with US Club soccer and with Soccer In College.  Please have all your player's register with Soccer In College, the registration is free and there is no spam mail which could flood your email.

U.S. Club Soccer
At Space City Football Association, we strive to ensure every player's safety.  In doing that, we have teamed up with U.S. Club Soccer to make sure you are covered while taking part in a competitive match.  A player's safety should not be taken lightly, so please remember that all player's must be registered with U.S. Club Soccer, without it, Teams will not be eligible to participate.  A team may register a total of 25 player's per team.

Space City FA Cup

We've enhanced our tournament services to help make your participation in our event more interactive and enjoyable. 

You can sign up for messaging to keep up with the scores of games you can't attend.  Your family and friends at home can also keep up with your results.

Of course, we'll be posting the scores online ASAP and will show the standings and tie-breakers as the tournament progresses.
