The Virginian is an Internationally Sanctioned Tournament and thus it is very important that you read all the information provided in this packet and follow directions carefully. Failure to comply with the rules and specifications mentioned in this packet will result in your team’s forfeiture. No exceptions.
Acceptance Package
Within this section you will find links to e-versions of all of the material you will need to participate in the Virginian Soccer Tournament.
Letter of Acceptance - this document verifies the team’s formal acceptance into the tournament. 
Registration Checklist - Detailed information necessary to prepare you and ensure a smooth registration.

Hotel/Team Contact Form - Important Contact Information during your stay at the tournament. This is what we use to communicate with you in the event of an emergency, weather incident, or other important event.
Does My Team Need to Submit a Permission To Travel Form - Criteria to help teams determine if they need to submit a Permission to Travel Form
Medical Release Form - Needed by all players to play in the tournament. Form(s)must be present at registration and at each and every game. League medical release forms may be used instead.
Merchandise Pre-Order Form - Every year some items become "hot" and very hard to get once the tournament begins. This pre-order form can be used for teams wishing to pay by check. By ordering before the tournament we can ensure that select merchandise will available to you in the size and style you want. You can also order directly by credit card in our tournament store.
Virginian "Official" Program Book Advertisement Form - The Virginian distributes an official program book to all players, coaches, and sponsors participating in the Virginian. Wouldn’t it be exciting for your team to see "good luck messages" and "pictures" in our program book.
College Flyer - Information about the Virginian’s Saturday Night College Panel and the Players book (For U16-U19 Players primarily)

May 23rd(Friday)- Tournament Registration
